The Role

We are currently recruiting Trainee Dealers to join our Training School. Successful applicants will be trained to operate the main casino games of Roulette and Blackjack, including technical tasks (e.g. shuffling cards) ensuring security procedures are followed and maintained, taking losing bets and paying out any winning bets. The Training school runs for a full 7-weeks, covering all shifts patterns.
What will you be doing?
- Create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere
- Working in a fast pace environment
- Ensuring all games are dealt accurately and efficiently
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Communicating positively with colleagues and customers alike, ensuring all games are dealt in a courteous and friendly manner
Successful applicants will:
- Possess a good standard of mental arithmetic in order to accurately calculate pay-outs
- Be well presented and be able to create a good impression to all visitors to the casino
- Display willingness to learn new skills to improve dealing ability
- Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts
- Able to achieve and maintain a valid Personal Functional Licence issued by the Gambling Commission
- Intermediate level of spoken English
- Active Listening skills
