The Role

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and personable second chef to help deliver an outstanding restaurant experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent quality food and will play a huge part in creating a memorable dining experience.
What will you be doing?
- Assisting with the management of all food outlets and the general running of the food operation
- Ensuring delivery of food is made effectively and efficiently
- Understating our guest’s needs dietary requirements
- Assisting with the development and motivation of the team
- You will be a champion of hygiene, cleanliness and standards
- To ensure all policies and procedures in company manuals are strictly adhered to
Successful applicants will:
- Have a proven track record of catering experience including preparing and presenting food to a high standard
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a varied fast paced environment.
- A good knowledge of stock control and maintaining food stocks
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers and your team at all levels
- Be fully flexible and reliable
