Vacancy: Receptionist
The Role

We are currently recruiting for full time Receptionists. You will be the first point of contact for phone enquiries and visitors to the Casino and will provide them with a warm welcome. You will greet our customers and perform necessary checks to restrict access to people who are not allowed within our facilities (e.g. Under 18’s, intoxicated, problem gamblers) No experience is required as full training is provided
What will you be doing?
- First point of contact for customers both face to face or over the phone
- Deal with customer queries
- Register new members
- Check customers are eligible to enter the premises
- Complete daily reports
- Complete marketing promotions
Successful applicants will:
- Excellent Customer service skills and telephone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Must have the ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Familiar with office software such as Word, Excel etc.
- Experience within a similar role
