To ensure a safer gambling environment for all, we have retained some of the measures put in place from when our venue reopened. This includes enhanced hygiene practices, social distancing and personal protection.

When Entering Our Venue

Our casinos are membership only, you will need to become a member to visit our casinos, please see Membership on how to join. Membership is free.

Do I need to show a negative test/vaccine passport?

You do not need to show a negative test or proof of a vaccine to enter. However, if you're able to do so, please take a covid test before attending the venue. This will not be compulsory, but helps keep everyone safe.

Seating & Capacity

Our table games still operate a reduced capacity in order to maintain some space between other customers and our staff. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable whilst in our venue. Our electronic games such as Slots still have glass dividers between them.

Face Coverings

Due to the close proximity between staff and guests on gaming tables, we have made it a requirement to wear a face covering. A face covering is not required in all other settings such as slots, electronic roulette, bar or restaurant.

Enhanced Cleaning

The well-being of our guests and team members is paramount, which is why we have introduced an enhanced cleaning schedule for all tables, chips, gaming machines and other touch points.

Cleaner Hands

Our staff will be prompted to regularly wash and sanitise their hands; we also encourage our guests to do so too.

There are hand sanitiser stations located by all of our games for added safety.
