Vacancy: experienced dealer
The Role
We are currently recruiting for full-time dealer/croupiers to facilitate the smooth running of all casino games within our club.
Successful applicants will ensure that the games of Roulette, Blackjack, Three Card Poker and Punto Banco are dealt in a courteous and professional manner and that all legal requirements and company policies are adhered to.
What will you be doing?
- Create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere
- Communicating positively with colleagues and customers alike, ensuring all games are dealt in a courteous and friendly manner
- To deal all games as required by Pit Supervisor/Gaming Services Supervisor /Manager
- To ensure all policies and procedures in the company manuals are strictly adhered to
- Adhere to all LCCP, AMLD, Health and Safety and Fire Regulations
Successful applicants will:
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience dealing in a live casino
- Be able to deal all games to a standard commensurate to the position
- Possess a good standard of mental arithmetic in order to accurately calculate pay-outs
- Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts
- Be well presented and be able to create a good impression to all visitors to the casino
- Display willingness to learn new skills to improve dealing ability
- Must have an up to date and valid Personal Functional Licence issued by the Gambling Commission
