GAMING TEAM

Overview

Our gaming floor team operate Roulette, Three card poker, Blackjack and Punto Banco. Experience is not essential as roles start from trainee dealers through to experienced senior casino staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all games are dealt accurately and efficiently
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Communicating positively with colleagues and customers alike, ensuring all games are dealt in a courteous and friendly manner
• A valid Personal Functional Licence issued by the Gambling Commission

Skills

• Good level of Mathematics
• Intermediate level of spoken English
• Active Listening

HOSPITALITY TEAM

Overview

Our hospitality team pride themselves in their customer service. Creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere whilst delivering a high standard of food & beverage.

Responsibilities

• Taking and delivering of orders of light snacks, meals, beverages, including alcohol to customers in the bar area, gaming floor and the restaurant, to the required standards as laid out in the company Food & Beverage Manual
• This will involve the preparation of light snacks and beverages, hot and cold, the collection of empty glasses, mugs, crockery and cutlery, deal or assist in the clearance of accidental spillages and notify the duty cleaner if on duty, keeping all areas tidy and hygienically clean
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Communicating positively with colleagues and customers alike, ensuring all services are delivered in a courteous and friendly manner
