lets get Back in the game

Whilst closed, we have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for when our team members and guests return. As a result, we have carried out robust risk assessments and designed a health and safety plan which incorporates enhanced hygiene, social distancing and personal protection.

In addition, all of our team members will have undergone full training before re-opening to ensure a safe environment for all.

We look forward to welcoming you back to our casino and we have provided our COVID F&Qs below:

Rainbow Casino

When Entering Our Venue

We now request all guests to sanitise their hands upon entry and wear a face mask when entering the casino.

Our casinos are membership only, you will need to become a member to visit our casinos, please see Membership on how to join. Membership is free.

Please note: Valid I.D. is required upon your first visit. This applies to Members and Non-Members.

Do I need to show a negative test/vaccine passport?

You do not need to show a negative test or proof of a vaccine to enter. However, if you're able to do so, please take a covid test before attending the venue. This will not be compulsory, but helps keep everyone safe.

Seating & Capacity

Our table games still operate a reduced capacity in order to maintain some space between other customers and our staff. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable whilst in our venue. Our electronic games such as Slots still have glass dividers between them.

Face Coverings

All staff will be wearing face coverings and appropriate PPE. Customers should also wear a face-covering whilst on a gaming table; this is due to the close proximity between staff and guests whilst in play. You do not need to wear a face covering in other settings such as slots, electronic roulette or in the bar areas.

Enhanced Cleaning

The well-being of our guests and team members is paramount, which is why we have introduced an enhanced cleaning schedule for all tables, chips, gaming machines and other touch points

Cleaner Hands

Our staff will be prompted to regularly wash and sanitise their hands; we also encourage our guests to do so too.

There are hand sanitiser stations located by all of our games for added safety.
